An item you ordered isn't what you were looking for? No problem!
We're sorry your order didn't work out but let's make it right.  Read through our Return Policy below to find out how to process your return.

Return Eligibility:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the receipt of the order.  Items returned must be unused, in resalable condition, complete with tags, and must have been purchased either through our website (www.AmeriBag.com) or over the phone with one of our retail specialists at 800-246-1292.

Your Refund: Receive a full refund back to the original credit card or payment method. (Shipping charges will not be refunded)
Want to Exchange?: Love the bag but need a different size, color or fabric? No problem! The fastest way to get the bag you want is to return for a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Label:
AmeriBag does not pay for return shipping. Want to save time and money? Re-use the original packaging that your order came in, instead of a bulky box. Make sure all old shipping labels are removed or covered up. Ship via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex, we strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number or insuring the package.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Returns received in damaged/used condition.
  • Returns received after 30 days from receipt of the order.
  • Clearance items labeled 'ALL SALES FINAL'.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where there has been a shipping error.

To Return:

  • Gather the item(s) to be returned, along with the Original Receipt or Packing Slip.
  • Print and fill out the Return Form in its entirety.
  • Pack it up. Place item(s), Original Receipt or Packing Slip and Return Form in a secure shipping package.  Be sure to cut the mailing address off the bottom of the Return Form for easy shipping.
  • Send the package back to us. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number or insuring the package, whether it is shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your Refund to be processed.  Items not returned in accordance with this Return Policy may result in a delay of refund.
