AmeriBag 11.5" Recycled Nylon Sling

I was worried I wouldn’t like the color and I don’t! Instead of cactus, you should call it “army green”. And that’s not all. It’s missing many of the features listed on the hang tag. There’s NO cushioned strap, there’s no interior and exterior spine pockets, there’s no magnetic flap pocket, the large exterior pocket only has a zip section and not a magnetic closure.

I have a few extra small sized bags in both leather and nylon or polyester which i have used over the years. Now I find that size is just too big. I also have a 10 inch sling in a mutted purple color that i use just for going out as it doesn't hold enough for everyday.
The 11.5 sling is the perfect size to hold everything. The organizational pockets are good. I have the smallest phone sold and it barely fits in the outside pocket. A large phone probably has to go inside. That said, I am very disappointed in the options for materials used. When the sling first came out, I ordered one of the tweed fabrics. I sent it back as it looked like the tweed would wear out quickly. Now the options are ugly loud prints that go with nothing i own, camo, "vintage"(which looks like bad naugahyde) or the nylon solid colors. I got the peacock color, material is shiny and cheap looking.

The purse is the perfect size. The silver lining makes it so easy to find things. I think it’s a great value for your money.

Really like the size. Will be very convenient to use on my upcoming vacation.
